Gluten-free pizza... I've been celiac for 25 years and have NEVER had problems with any pizzeria. After eating a "gluten-free" pizza, I experienced all the symptoms of contamination poisoning. I didn't want to believe it, but seeing the reviews and hearing from trusted celiac friends, I understand that that pizza had nothing gluten-free about it. I will obviously never return, but I hope my review helps prevent others from getting sick. Best wishes.

I’ve been ordering gluten-free pizza for myself and regular pizza for my husband at this pizzeria for at least 3 years now and I’ve always been very satisfied. The pizza maker is very skilled and precise with the pizzas. It has become our trusted pizzeria. Additionally, they are very quick in preparing the pizzas, and if you go to pick them up (as we usually do), they have them ready in no time. For us, it's a guarantee.

Horrible experience; they do not pay attention to the preparation of gluten-free pizza, playing with the health of people who are gluten allergic and ending up in the hospital. I advise everyone not to go to this pizzeria on Via del Bosco.

NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE We ordered a pizza labeled ‘gluten-free’, properly marked with a seal. Unfortunately, after consuming it, my father (who is celiac) had a very serious reaction and ended up in the hospital, admitted to intensive care. Despite the documentation and clear consequences, at the time of the direct confrontation with the owner, we received no feedback to verify the incident; rather, he was unfriendly. Obviously, I cannot know for sure what happened in the kitchen, so I encourage anyone with specific dietary needs to be very cautious!!

I am celiac and, unfortunately, my experience at this pizzeria was terrible. I was with my 8-year-old niece, who is also celiac. We were assured several times that the dishes were completely gluten-free and without the risk of contamination. Unfortunately, that was not the case: after eating, we both experienced the typical symptoms of contamination, with serious physical consequences (as can be seen in the attached photo). I find it very serious that customers are given this reassurance when, evidently, the establishment is unable to guarantee safety for those who suffer from celiac disease. In addition to the health damage, the prices were also very high, comparable (if not higher) to those of a high-level restaurant. First and last time: I strongly advise against this place for anyone who needs truly gluten-free food.

Good and digestible gluten-free pizza, I went back a second time and confirm the choice. I recommend it to those with food intolerances; unfortunately, there isn't an adequate room to eat there, just 2 tables.

I had pizza for the first time from Pizza Mia since my mom is gluten intolerant, and we were all satisfied, the pizzas were delicious 😋

FERRETS FROM THE BROOM INSIDE THE PIZZA A few days ago, I ordered a pizza and at one point I felt something very hard: it was a metal wire in the crust. When I called the pizzeria to report the incident, the pizzaiolo (or the person who answers the calls) didn’t even bother to apologize or suggest a replacement or discount (who knows, there could have been others) but instead dismissed us with a simple "It’s the broom for cleaning the oven that loses wires, it’s NORMAL for it to lose wires." No COMMENT. Additionally, the other gluten-free pizza was BURNT underneath and raw on top!
