Overall, the experience was decent, with some positive aspects but also several areas for improvement. The presence of gluten-free desserts is commendable, which is not always a given. However, the portions are really very small: the doughnuts are tiny (compared to their classic versions) and the crêpes also appear reduced in size, which leaves a bit of disappointment compared to expectations. Not all menu items are available in a gluten-free version, and in general, gluten-free options differ from gluten-containing ones, both in composition and overall experience. This makes the offer a bit less "inclusive." There is a feeling that some products may be industrially produced or frozen, although the final result is not bad and is enjoyable to eat. Overall, the place has potential, but there is room for improvement in both quality and similarity between the gluten and gluten-free versions.

Cornetto to avoid like the plague, the graffa not too bad but really too, too small, the waffle instead really good!

Forget about this place. The SG donuts are not made by them and are nothing special, actually. Moreover, there is too much cross-contamination. In fact, I got sick because of them.

Graffe and other things are really good!!!

I tried both the graffa and the creps... both are good. In reality, you can also choose waffles and croissants.

Delicious and light fried graffe made to order. The Ischitan croissants and bonbons are also very good. For those who are lactose intolerant like me, you can have the empty graffe or the bonbons with the Rigoni spreadable cream that is dairy-free.

I would like to preface that this was my first order (and it will also be the last). I ordered through Glovo 1 gluten-free graffa, 3 graffe, an Ischitan cornetto, and a crêpe. The quality of the products, except for the graffe, is terrible. A cornetto that hasn't risen, with raw dough, cannot be delivered, which even the less experienced can tell by its very small size. Inedible! The crêpe is not enjoyable; it has a chewy consistency that goes down with difficulty. The graffe are good, even the gluten-free one. I wouldn’t reorder or return. Certain things are unacceptable. On Saturday night, at 11:30 PM, a cornetto like that cannot and must not be sent out. I am attaching a photo.
