The gluten-free pizza base is definitely pre-packaged and not homemade. They tell you that the gluten-free pizza is only available with speck or cooked ham, so perhaps all the pizzas are frozen; otherwise, they would suggest you get a margherita. The taste is mediocre, but they use a separate oven, so the risk of contamination is low.

Very good pizza, the pizza base has an extra touch, not the usual poor quality. They have a separate oven but struggle to light it; to be safe, they offer only three ingredients, and the rest is your choice, risking contamination.

I happened to end up there by chance. I was amazed by many things. The food offer is standard, while the pizza selection is literally boundless. I had a pizza with raw salad. I've never seen anything like it in any other places. The pizza (or flatbread, call it what you will) is unsalted, and the salad on top keeps it very soft. The raw ham was SPECTACULAR, and the asparagus tips were also great; together they were unexpectedly fresh yet substantial. I couldn't finish it, and I'm a good eater. My father-in-law had a musetto (cotechino, similar to zampone, call it what you will) that was fantastic. An ingredient far from industrial production. The accompanying mashed potatoes were excellent. All of this in an informal but welcoming and very clean atmosphere. Kind and efficient staff, even though there wasn’t a free table (at noon without a reservation, we had to wait 10 minutes for a table for two). The cost was less than 20 euros per person, with one dish each (truly generous) including coffee and drinks. Great attention to food intolerances with allergens clearly displayed and availability of lactose-free mozzarella. I’m from Venice and unfortunately can't go there daily, but it will definitely be my go-to restaurant for trips to and from Cadore. What else to add? Thank you very much. I will return soon to try your other interesting and original offerings (steamed pizza first). Highly recommended!
