terrible service, we ordered the apericena menu and asked for a Margherita pizza and one without mozzarella, the waitress took the order wrong and brought us two Margherita pizzas, and the girl who is lactose intolerant could not eat the pizza included in the menu. despite the mistake being on the waitress, we would have had to pay extra for the red pizza. the bill was significantly wrong, items that we did not order were added, and the Coca Cola was charged at €10. the bill was later corrected after we pointed out the mistake. I will not return.

I was invited to a birthday at this venue and at the time of booking it was specified that I was celiac and vegetarian. I was told there would be a specific menu for me to choose from. To this end, I had taken a look at the menu available on the website in advance. At the time of ordering, they brought me a menu that contained only dishes with gluten and meat. Instead of meat, I was offered a burger. If I hadn’t insisted with the staff, I would not have known that this dish contained gluten. I had to ask for the head waiter because the server was confused and couldn't give me any answers. The head waiter told me to choose a second course without telling me what was available from the kitchen. As for pasta, I had asked if a risotto was possible to be on the safe side, but they said it needed to be booked as it was “off-menu” (when I called the place, I was not informed that I had to book the dishes). I was then allowed to choose a first course from the available options, mistakenly indicated as gluten-free. After placing my order, it turned out that it wasn't possible to have it gluten-free, or at least not with that type of pasta but another unspecified kind. When the dishes arrived, I had to personally ask for gluten-free bread (noticing that they had brought it to another table), as no one had the courtesy to ask me if I wanted it, meanwhile they were generously serving bread to those without dietary restrictions. As for the cake, which was also made by myself, I literally had to search for the staff because two different people gave me conflicting answers regarding my ability to eat it. This is my personal experience, but if I have to comment on the experience of the other 6 people at the table with me, I can only say that it was fantastic and everyone was very satisfied.

A really nice location; I had been wanting to try an aperitif/dinner here for a long time, and we traveled 50 km full of positive expectations. It didn’t go quite like that. I should mention that due to my celiac disease and intolerance to garlic, I called ahead to ensure I would find alternatives to enjoy an apericena peacefully. The moral of the story: I arrive, and the waitress who greets us didn’t even know what gluten-free meant (she started telling me: so you can't eat cheese?? -_- ..I find this absurd in 2023 if you work in the restaurant industry). They brought me packaged industrial cold cuts and grissini... instead of the pizza and focaccia they serve at the aperitif, they offered me a starter. All fine except I could only choose between two options, and my choice absolutely couldn't be made without garlic, which was already in the sauce. The waitress then informed me that they would prepare the pasta with the other sauce. Surprise: the dish with my initial choice arrived. Not acceptable. Very unprofessional and improvised staff. Also, if you have allergies/intolerances, you feel somewhat 'unwelcome'. I do not recommend it and will not return.
