We're vegan, and finding a pastry shop that offers completely vegan (and even gluten-free!) options is practically a dream. We discovered Mille Voglie by searching on Google, and without thinking twice, we drove several miles to try it... and it was absolutely worth it! The selection is surprisingly wide: vegan donuts with cream, chocolate, or pistachio (both fried and baked), brioches, braids with chocolate chips, swirls, and many other options, all carefully crafted and incredibly inviting. The one we had was truly delicious: soft, flavorful, and full-bodied, every bit as good as the traditional versions. You can tell they're dedicated, passionate, and passionate about offering authentic, not improvised, alternatives. For us, it's a precious discovery, and we'll definitely be back! Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality vegan desserts (and especially for those who thought they'd never be able to eat them again).

If I could give ten stars, I would, because they deserve it all. One of the best places in Italy with very honest prices, products of incredible goodness and excellent quality, an immense variety, and you can see the sacrifice and dedication from a cream puff, to a cake, all the way to the sandwich loaf. Not to mention the kindness of the girls who are two treasures, always ready to welcome you with so much love and a big, sincere smile. TRY EVERYTHING. I took the croissant, the hot table, and the breadsticks to go: everything was super fresh and really very good. Fast service, with courteous and kind staff. Exceptional and rare. I have been celiac for 28 years and this is one of the best gluten-free pastry shops in Italy. The pastry of the brioche is done by few like they do. Prices compared to big cities are super convenient. Respectable place. Nice and kind even with children. A must-try. They make brioche, arancini, pizzas, almond pastries, sweets of all kinds with ricotta and pistachio. Millefoglie never tasted so good. Well done, keep it up.

a lovely clean place with parking space (it almost corners a square) at the counter I found lots of beauty and friendliness, the baker and owner is celiac, and that says a lot, they make pizza, bread, pasta, prepared foods, desserts, and sandwiches in addition to a wide range of different types of bread, for pizza and pasta it's best to call them to avoid disappointment and not finding them. in conclusion (currently) the best place I've found for quality and prices, and I travel a lot in Sicily and its minor islands; I consider it a benchmark.

There isn't a time I go to Alcamo that I don't stop by here! I am celiac and hadn't eaten a cannolo for years. I love cannoli and theirs is excellent! I have it filled on the spot and sometimes I take some to Florence. The same goes for their cassatine and cassatelle. I often have them fry arancine for me on the spot, but I have also tried the sfincione and lasagna, which I highly recommend. In the morning, I happily have the cornetto with pistachio cream. When I make a reservation or get something reserved, it's always ready and warm at the scheduled time. Renata and Stefano are friendly, professional, and attentive without being intrusive: truly suited for customer interaction. I often use the restrooms, which are modern, always clean, and always stocked with soap and paper. The reason for my frequent visits to Alcamo is another, but 'Mille voglie senza glutine' makes my stays even more enjoyable! Keep it up!!!

I am celiac! Mille voglie is a wonderland for any Sicilian celiac. Fast food, bread, pizza, sweets... High quality food, AIC certified, extremely friendly and nice staff. Additionally, and this is not insignificant, they are continuously updating regarding gluten-free news and their own recipes. They have a Facebook page where it's possible to check the products, and just to ensure nothing is missing, on Thursdays they make delicious teff bread! In short, if you are celiac, it’s like Gardaland! Highly recommended.

Reference place for Alcamo and all nearby towns regarding products for celiacs and lactose intolerant people (although for savory preparations, reservations without lactose are needed). It has received the "Italian Excellence" award, which I believe is well deserved, as the products are always excellent, both sweet and savory, from breakfast to pizza. I recommend trying the chocolate chip treccina, the ham and mozzarella arancine, pizza in all forms, the delicious sandwich, the tuna sandwich, and their ginseng, which is one of the few lactose-free options in Alcamo. Fresh sandwiches are baked every day, and they have recently added olive and cereal sandwiches. Excellent service, the owners are polite and also careful to avoid contamination. The only downside is their opening hours, which do not allow those working outside the home to enjoy a nice sandwich during lunch breaks.
