Unfortunately, I didn't like the ravioli: the dough seemed raw and the taste was not pleasant at all. Moreover, even though the restaurant has a gluten-free menu, they only use regular soy sauce, which greatly limits the options for those with celiac disease.

Great takeout products and generous portions, including gluten-free rice and soy ravioli and spaghetti; for the latter, you need to buy the gluten-free soy. A truly delicate cuisine worth trying, balanced prices, and they also give away a drink as part of a promotion to introduce themselves.

Great gluten-free menu, generous portions. Prices are medium-high (6.50€ for the pasta dishes and 7€ for a portion of 5 ravioli) but good. If we want to find a flaw, the ravioli had a bit too thick pasta.

We left Pisa to eat gluten-free ravioli, a terrible choice. The girl at the counter was grumpy and responded annoyed to our questions. I pointed out that the menu on Instagram is different from the one displayed there, and the response was that it's outdated, as if I were crazy. They don't have gluten-free soy sauce, which seems absurd to me. We asked to separate the gluten-free items from those with gluten into two bags, and of course, the girl mixed everything together; there is no note or mark on the packages specifying what is gluten-free and what is not. Speaking of the food: We ordered two different types of ravioli, the regular filling nothing special, but the ravioli pasta was too thick. Then the soy spaghetti, good but without the possibility of adding chicken or shrimp; honestly, you can make these at home easily and they'll taste just as good. Don't be fooled by the influencer videos on Instagram; it's just another place, without passion or dedication for what they do, at least that was my experience.
