All the flavors except one (when I went) were gluten-free. All the wafers and cones are gluten-free, they are very careful about contamination, and the prices are those of a normal ice cream shop despite almost everything being gluten-free (3 euros for a small cone, 3.50 euros for a medium cone...). The staff is very kind and willing to explain everything in detail (really great for anxious celiacs). Of course, the risk of contamination is not zero, but it is highly recommended nonetheless.
