Everything gluten-free! Here even we celiacs can eat with zero worries! Their strong point is definitely the pinsa, but I also recommend trying the first courses or the dishes of the day. They also have gluten-free desserts.

Incredible venue. The only "flaw" is the choice of the place not to heavily promote their decision to have exclusively a gluten-free menu, but it definitely helps attract customers without gluten issues. Besides this, the food is fantastic, offering first courses, second courses, appetizers, and much more, all of incredible quality. The staff is very nice and friendly.

I've been frequenting Zero Pensieri Bistrot for a few months now, and every time it's a pleasant confirmation. The place is modern, clean, and welcoming, perfect for a quick break or to take a moment to relax. The breakfasts are truly excellent: the coffee is among the best in the area, and there’s a wide choice for those who are celiac or gluten intolerant, which I really appreciate, even though I don’t have any intolerances myself. Lunch is always a guarantee as well: well-crafted, tasty dishes with a varied offering of first and second courses. Today I tried ravioli with saffron and sausage… simply out of this world! I know they also offer gluten-free pinsa, which looks really inviting, and I can't wait to try it on one of my next visits. But the real added value of the place is the management: always friendly, nice, and helpful!

Enjoyable cabaret evening, unfortunately the red beer did not arrive and the served pale helles beer was sour. When we reported it, we were told it was because it was craft and gluten-free... It's a pity that we import craft beer for work... It would have been more correct to listen, taste, take it back, stop serving it, and bring us a bottled beer...

A modern and well-studied location, fast service, and very polite staff. As for the food, I must say it is really excellent even though it is completely gluten-free (as a celiac, I've tried many, but this place beats them all). Excellent pinsa and finally a great beer!!! I will return soon for a nice aperitif with music as seen on the poster! Congratulations, keep it up!

Cozy location, clean and with a wide selection of gluten-free products! I tasted the panzerotto and the brioche with lemon cream, really good! Possibility to have lunch/dinner with pinsa, all strictly gluten-free. I bought a tray of baci di Alassio. I was welcomed by two fantastic people, available and ready to respond to all my requests. You must try the chocolate similar to Ferrero Rocher, a delight! I will definitely return!

New gluten-free opening! Big and bright place. We had breakfast with two really good croissants! Honest prices! We will return to try the aperitif :)
