Unfortunately, the choice is really minimal, a few similar pizzas with poor leavening like the frozen one and prices that are really very high.

One of the best gluten-free pizzas I've ever tried!

They accommodated our request for a table for two despite the place being very crowded (and quite noisy), super fast service, very kind with spontaneous explanations about the fermentation and preparation of the pizzas, including mine gluten-free (in the photo) cooked in a dedicated wood-fired oven and on specially colored plates. Also, the dough they made is spectacular!!!

Great pizzeria, which has also opened in Concorezzo and will soon open in Cologno. Light dough (fermented for 72 hours, they told us), really good tomato (with no traces of acidity) and a fairly wide menu, to enjoy authentic pizza. The only note is the fried smell in the room: but the cuoppo was delicious! For those with celiac disease, there is a dedicated and separate oven, interesting.
