Chinese restaurant with authentic food, not equipped for gluten-free, but the staff is very attentive and willing to modify dishes or provide options for those in need. I don't know the kitchen situation, but personally, I've never felt unwell. Always make sure to specify all possible gluten-containing ingredients.
