The food is excellent and they pay attention to gluten-free issues, although they do not have a separate kitchen. As a symptomatic celiac, I have never been unwell in the two times I went. The environment is nicely furnished. The menu indicates foods that follow certain dietary guidelines and the level of spiciness, with the option to increase (with sauces) or decrease. The only downside for which I rated the service 4 stars was the availability of certain dishes. Some were, in fact, not available and were indicated only when someone ordered them. On the other hand, they offered similar alternatives and made dishes that required a reservation to fill the gap.
