Great restaurant, I highly recommend it. The owner, a lovely lady, is very kind and available. The dishes are delicious. They pay special attention to everything regarding gluten-free options, so those with celiac can rest assured.

It's impossible for this establishment to have a rating of 4.1. The waitstaff are very friendly but unfortunately the service is poor; when the owner is not skilled, the entire team suffers. We arrived as a group of three, chose to skip appetizers to have a quick dinner, so we ordered the catch of the day and two "sea carbonara" dishes, one of which was gluten-free. The waitress informed us that we would have to wait a bit longer for them to follow the anti-contamination protocol – positive note. After at least half an hour, the waitress returned to tell us they were starting our order and that we would receive the dishes shortly, and then the owner came to vent to us about her staffing issues (she mentioned that an employee was sick, implying it wasn’t true; it didn’t seem professional to receive these details). An entire hour passed with no one asking if we wanted to consume anything else while we waited nor could they confirm how much longer we would have to wait. I specify that meanwhile several people who arrived after us had already paid, while we were still left empty-handed. Finally the dishes arrived, not at the same time, but several minutes apart, directly delivered by the owner, who again lamented about the stress and fatigue caused by the sick employee. The catch of the day was ordinary, the pasta was salty, and the onion (in the carbonara?) was raw, making the entire dish unappetizing. We asked the waiter to bring us the bill and to inform the kitchen, as much as possible, that we unfortunately had not finished our dishes for the reasons stated above. The owner came with the bill, annoyed, asking us what the problem was, so we explained that we had waited an hour and forty minutes for two salty pasta dishes with raw onions while other tables "overtook us": she didn’t react well. She was adamant in denying us, saying that the pasta wasn’t salty (we tasted it together) and that we were right about having waited but that she had issues; she didn’t care to apologize for the inconvenience. Finally, she said the bill was €62 but we could pay €50. I tried to respond that it wasn’t enough, and then she curtly told me, "What should I tell you, do I gift you the dinner?" (basically calling me a freeloader). I did what the owner couldn’t do throughout the service: I stood up and left.
