one of my favorite pizzerias in town. recently they also changed the gluten-free pizza dough and it's even better. last night I also had a dessert, a delicious tiramisu made on the spot. this pizzeria is always top-notch

I am happy that finally in the city there is a pizzeria that has recently started making gluten-free dough; it looks like a normal pizza.

At the time of booking (by phone), I was told that everything on the menu could be made gluten-free, unfortunately, that was not the case. I could only order the pizza. Pre-made base like "Schar" to be clear. It arrived after more than an hour. I understand it happened on a Saturday night, but I asked in advance over the phone to avoid these situations and instead... Not recommended!

All the pizzas on the menu are available gluten-free. The staff is very polite. They have a gluten-free white pizza base that is then topped. The dough is light and very similar to that of a focaccia bread.

Last night I went back to dinner at this place and my gluten-free pizza was delicious. The ingredients are always of excellent quality, with a unique taste. The staff is trained on what celiac disease is. Try to believe it 😉 PS they have also started making a little dessert dedicated to us celiacs, a really good tiramisu ☺️

Great experience! We ordered two pizzas, one with traditional dough (very good pizza) and one gluten-free margherita, dough made by them and without the use of pre-cooked bases, with excellent flavor. Cozy location, reasonable prices.

Exceptional! Gourmet pizzas with a light homemade crust (also gluten-free!), well-cooked, a wide selection with many local and high-quality ingredients. Lactose-free mozzarella and gluten-free beer are also available. Fast and professional service, prices proportionate to quality. Highly recommended.
