Fantastic food, the owner is very attentive to avoiding contamination, having a dedicated and separate kitchen for celiacs. She believes so much in her work, which is something not to be underestimated today, especially in the gluten-free sector.

Sunday lunch with a highly appreciated tasting menu. The porchetta alla fornarina was undoubtedly the star dish: tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The presence of the cheesemaker, who prepared fresh mozzarella on the spot, greatly enriched the gastronomic journey with genuine and high-quality products. Excellent option to choose from the à la carte menu as an alternative and attentive service in meeting specific needs, such as intolerances or particular requests. Organized service and welcoming atmosphere.

Everything is excellent; saying it's just good is an understatement. The list is too long to explain how polite and professional the entire staff is from every point of view. It's an ideal spot for those coming from the Campania region who want to take a break here, as it is located right at the junction that leads to SS90 delle Puglie, and also for those coming from the province of Foggia and Bat areas. Beautiful location, very green, and the pool is wonderful. It's also great for taking photos and walking, especially to aid digestion. 😁😁 The waiters are very attentive to the tables, which is especially important for those who can't eat everything, like at my table of 18 people, including 1 celiac, 1 vegetarian, and 1 with diverticulitis issues. Everyone was really good; I have absolutely nothing to say against them, including the waiter Alberto, who is from my town and paid special attention to our table. The portions were generous and delicious; upon our arrival, we received a welcome aperitif, and the two first courses were also abundant. Luckily, they advised us to take a break between the appetizer and the first course; otherwise, we would have exploded. Then came the second course with seasoned potatoes, fruit, and cake. (There is obviously a wide variety of menus to choose from for your events, but I assure you, whatever you choose, you won't go wrong.) The children had a lot of fun too; the kids' menu was plentiful, and with animation services, they could have cotton candy, listen to music, and color. In short, it's very unlikely that they would get bored. We all left very happy and we're definitely still checking on when we can return for a pizza or something else.
