Pizzeria Al Passetto in Cortina was a real surprise. I had one of the best gluten-free pizzas of my life, if not the absolute best. It’s not the usual factory-made gluten-free dough, the classic chewy and anonymous "flying saucer": here we are talking about real pizza, with a light, fragrant, and well-cooked dough, practically indistinguishable from the traditional one. Quality ingredients and great attention in the preparation. Finally, a place where those with celiac disease can eat without compromises. If you are in Cortina, it is a must-visit. Truly commendable!
