A place run by very nice and attentive young people. In fact, when I mentioned the need to remove a condiment due to intolerance, the dish was promptly marked with a basil leaf at the time of collection. You order at the counter, like a fast-food, and you are given a number, on a spoon. You pay, sit down, and wait for your order to be called out. Quality/Price is very good, considering the location. Finally, the portion sizes are also appropriate. I had lunch outside with a panoramic view of the trulli.

Everything was perfect. Top quality food and super friendly staff. I would also say it’s great for the gluten-free version since it’s always difficult for celiacs to find a place that prepares dishes for them as well. Fair and honest prices. Highly recommended.
