I had dinner at this wonderful restaurant-pizzeria, super stocked with exceptional gluten-free products. From the Ciccio in the center to share until dessert with a vast selection. Besides the wonderful food, the kindness and attentiveness of the entire staff were unique and essential. Dining without the fear of any contamination is incredibly important, but being treated not as "problematic customers" but as if we deserve infinite care is truly priceless. We came to this place for a quick lunch, but we ended up staying longer than intended because the menu proposal was exceptional: Almost the entire menu, with a few exceptions, featured gluten-free options that had the same taste and appearance as 'normal' dishes. The service was quick and courteous, leaving me pleasantly satisfied. The 'killer' spaghetti is highly recommended!!

My favorite restaurant in Italy! The food is amazing, service and atmosphere are lovely, and the allergens are clearly marked on the menu and well communicated with the staff. I've been there 4 times so far and everything has been really great. I can never decide what to get because everything looks and tastes so good!

Here, however, I found great attention and professionalism in the preparation of gluten-free pizzas, ensuring a safe and tasty experience. The head chef personally explained how they prepare the dough, a gesture that I greatly appreciated. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is very kind. I had the chance to speak with the owner, who kindly called over the head chef to explain how they make their pizza. I was truly impressed by the skill and care put into each pizza. The crust was perfectly risen and light, and the overall taste was fantastic. The restaurant itself has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommended by friends from Bari, I unfortunately happened to visit on a day off for the head chef. The focaccia was undercooked and a bit chewy; despite my niece's appetite, she left it behind. The radicchio rolls with cream cheese and walnuts were good, as were the spaghetti alla assassina, but the meat was particularly tough, and what looked like fries in the third photo were actually sticks of chicken breast, which I think were fried like the potatoes. Absolutely not. Unfortunately, for my tastes, in that dish, only the two sausages were saved, tasty, juicy, and cooked just right. We were unlucky to be there on this off night. What a shame.

Great place and welcoming. I recommend the pizza with whole grain crust. As for the rest, prices are slightly high (pizzas ranged from €14 to €18). If you're looking for something refined, it's definitely worth it considering the quality.

What an incredible experience we had at Al Raffaello!! We came back three times during our short trip to Bari and every time tried something new that blew us away. I hugely recommend the spaghetti all’assassina, the spaghetti allo scoglio, the panzerotti (on Wednesday they have a whole night dedicated to this pugliese staple!!) and anything else the owners Daniela and Marziale recommend. They were so kind, and so was our waitress Maria. I would return just to chat with them 😊 Grazie un sacco e a prestissimo!!

The level of this pizzeria is incredible, a truly beautiful, quiet, and relaxed place... The service is outstanding, but when the food arrives, there are no words. I ordered a pizza with pears, gorgonzola, and walnuts, with a gluten-free crust... The best gluten-free crust I've ever tried, and the whole pizza is a ten... a wonderful place, when I return to Bari I will definitely go back.

If you pass through Bari, you must stop here! The dishes (including desserts) and pizzas are available both gluten-free and lactose-free. The waitresses are kind and very attentive to allergies and intolerances. The environment is well-kept and welcoming.

We were there a few days ago, the environment a bit too soft for me, the staff friendly and welcoming. We tried 5 types of panzerottini (excellent), one spaghetti all'assassina (good) and a couple of beers. The bill was a bit pricey (it's true that quality costs).

Perfect for celiacs and non-celiacs. We ate really well. The gluten-free ravioli with truffle were handmade and cooked to perfection. The gluten-free focaccia, made on the spot, was delicious; I was lucky because it's not always available. My boyfriend had a pizza with regular dough and was very satisfied. Super friendly staff. Highly recommended.
