A must-visit place for anyone who needs or wants to eat gluten-free and is in Bari. It offers the chance to try all the typical pastries of Apulian cuisine without sacrificing taste. Personally, we tried Sporcamuss, Tiramisù, and Zeppola, and they were all very good (even said by those who normally eat gluten). Very friendly staff; if I were to return to Bari, I would definitely come back.

It is the first totally gluten-free pastry shop that was born in Bari. It is located near the Central Station area. It sells fresh, excellent products as well as packaged ones that can be purchased with a voucher. The barese focaccia is excellent and not too oily. The potato focaccia is cooked perfectly.

The paradise for celiacs, from first courses to focaccia, rustic pizzas, all delicious desserts. We always order the birthday cakes from them; they are amazing and appreciated even by those who eat gluten. Highly recommended. Post-Covid, they no longer have continuous hours, what a pity! rude owner, all the food cold at only 10 in the morning, I asked if she could make me a hot panzerotto, telling me that they had just made some, and that she would warm one up for me, but it was frozen inside and seemed old to eat. I ordered a cheesecake with 'happy birthday' written on it and she didn’t write it, even though I had booked a few days in advance and called the day before to confirm, she ended up telling me, "Are you sure you talked to me?" And improvising she put a wrong name because she had forgotten, knowing I was coming from far away by train, she wanted to hand it to me just wrapped in paper because she didn’t have boxes. A pastry shop without boxes??!!! So I decided to eat it there since I had no choice, but she told me I couldn’t. Can you understand that? In short, my birthday in shambles and I had to send back the gluten-free people I invited to avoid looking bad. I had to walk all around central Bari because of her I was left without a cake. A disappointment, and no respect for customers with this issue, not to mention there was a dirty table and she refused to clean it telling me to go to another table near parked cars, where if someone left, I would have to endure car smoke—what kind of hospitality is this?... NEVER AGAIN, SHE RUINED MY DAY.. I found nothing of what she advertised on the page but rather a little food and all cold... at 10, it’s still breakfast time so if someone comes at 10 wanting to eat instead of having breakfast, the food should be hot and not with dried mozzarella when it should be stretchy. If I ask you to make me something don’t fool me saying it’s hot when it’s not. I’VE NEVER SEEN FOOD THIS POOR IN QUALITY. I changed shops and thankfully ate hot specialties just made and saved a birthday.

The best desserts I have ever eaten, the fact that they are gluten-free and lactose-free is noticeable, but in a positive way. They make the treats absolutely delicious, the shortcrust is super crumbly and crunchy, and the pastry of the pastries is spectacular. It was the first time I had their desserts, but they pleasantly impressed me; next time I want to try their croissants!

Besides producing delicious desserts and excellent baked goods, they offer a wide selection of packaged gluten-free foods. This summer we passed through on our way back from vacation in Puglia and fell in love with it. My partner cannot eat lactose or gluten, and every time it’s a tragedy for her to find suitable product varieties, and even more difficult to find a high-level pastry shop that makes these kinds of products. In this small but very nice shop/pastry shop/bakery, you can really find everything: various types of pasta, sweets, and anything else that is impossible to find in supermarkets. A small paradise for those with these intolerances (and for those who don’t! Because even I, who can eat them, appreciated the goodness of their pastries, brioche, etc.). The only caution for those who cannot eat lactose in addition to gluten, is that ALL products are gluten-free, but not all are also lactose-free, so always ask if in doubt. A special shout-out goes to the blonde girl whose name I do not know, who, despite not being the owner of the establishment, carries out her work always with a smile on her face and with extreme dedication and passion. (PS: not that the owner is any less! But we were served by the girl mentioned above, and I wanted to compliment her).

We conducted research on gluten-free options, and we would have preferred a cake. Unfortunately, being close to Ferragosto, they offered us a good semifreddo with a gluten-free base and lactose-free filling. We were quite satisfied; indeed, the lovely girl was very polite, giving us a good impression of reliability and professionalism regarding the product. First of all, I thank you for what you do: you bring a little joy with your sweets to those who have food intolerances and allergies :) for this, you deserve 5 stars. However, I give you 3 because there are some things to improve: 1) do not serve cappuccino or coffee in chipped cups :) 2) clean the tables more often and make sure there is both white and cane sugar on every table 3) if possible, offer more options for plant-based drinks (and not just lactose-free milk or soy drink). I still recommend this pastry shop/café!
