My husband happened to pass by and saw the sign with the AIC logo. He bought our daughter a delicious barese focaccia and a rustic pie filled with meat, all gluten-free and very tasty! The recipient was very satisfied and will definitely return with friends!

In this place, I ate the best gluten-free focaccia I have ever had! A delicious flavor, fragrant and soft even when cold, not like the usual gluten-free products that turn into sponges just an hour after preparation. I also tried the rice with potatoes and mussels, a typical dish of the area, and I must say I have probably never eaten rice like this, truly excellent! The staff was very friendly, especially the owner who explained the culinary offerings of the day. I highly recommend stopping by Ferdy if you are in Bari!

The clerk was annoyed without providing information about what was in the (gluten free) products. I understand the rush, but customers need to be taken care of. I settled for something unseasoned and very small that I paid €2.50 for; I already know I won't be going back.

We had lunch here and it was delicious! Also gluten free and vegan-friendly. We had chickpeas, some vegetable minestrone, lentils and then normal gnocchi with salmon. I also took some gluten free pastry and vegan pastry and we only paid 35 eur for a very generous lunch + sweets. Unbelievable.

Recommended, both for takeout and for consumption on-site, at the counter or at the tables inside the venue, Bar, Roast Shop, hot table and much more, also GLUTEN-FREE, I recommend the panzerotti and the focaccia both normal and gluten-free versions, as well as ready first and second courses, prices are average, friendly and helpful staff.

You can only give 5 stars to this gem opened in the center of Bari. Kindness accompanies you from the girl at the counter (super!) to the owners who are always polite, attentive and in a good mood. They offer take-out, but the place is also ideal for a lunch break. From appetizers to main courses, everything is healthy, well-prepared and very tasty. Then you try the gluten-free focaccia and you really think you are in a dream because replicating flavor and texture with gluten-free ingredients is not easy at all, but they have succeeded in the impossible. I don’t know how they do it, but the difference with a classic focaccia is practically nonexistent! Prices are absolutely reasonable, indeed considering the gluten-free options they are even below average. Perfect for bringing friends from out of town who want to find high-level service and cuisine, combined with the unique friendliness of the people of Bari. As I write, I’m heading back for breakfast! Really, congratulations guys!!
