There is no overlapping menu, there are no two kitchens needed here, only gluten-free foods. It is the passion of the manager that drives him to create delicious gluten-free doughs, combined with Sicilian tradition. The result is excellent. Tasting the typical Sicilian cuisine was a joy. When I arrived in Castellammare for vacation, I never thought I would be able to eat all the local dishes. Completely gluten-free place. Very honest prices and fresh, good food! Highly recommended! Antonio, the owner, is very friendly and welcoming.

You will be welcomed by the aroma of freshly baked bread and the smile of Antonio, a competent and kind professional, in a colorful and welcoming space with some seating available for you to take a break. Antonio is different from other gluten-free entrepreneurs because he doesn't use ready-made mixes and prepared products; he doesn't create flavorful products full of ultra-processed and unhealthy ingredients, of which unfortunately there are many. Antonio uses simple ingredients, products from his garden, naturally gluten-free flours, and he passionately follows his grandmother's recipes, starting with caponata. You will find all the typical Sicilian products according to traditional recipes. From timeless classics like arancini and cannoli… to lesser-known recipes in mass tourism. Thankfully, the new generations are increasingly aware in their search for products that are certainly good but equally healthy. We can only thank Antonio for his passionate work and for delighting us with his cuisine. Last but not least, excellent quality-price ratio (as a celiac, I know the average prices of gluten-free products and raw materials).
