A fairly thick piadina, it has various filling options and the price seems good to me, starting at a minimum of 5 euros (one ingredient for the filling). There is plenty of space with outdoor tables to enjoy the shade. There is no table service, but I don't see that as a flaw. The various signs displayed do not indicate possible allergens that are not obvious. My wife is strongly lactose intolerant and took a piadina without any type of cheese. While she was eating, we thought of asking if they happened to use milk in the dough, and unfortunately, they do. Of course, it's our fault for not asking beforehand and for not knowing that a handmade piadina made by them could contain milk. Anyway, she stopped eating, and we pointed out the problem and asked if they had alternatives; they suggested we take the kamut one, which does not use milk. Wouldn't it have been better if they had written that on their signs and menu? We ordered this piadina with only 2 fillings, and they charged us an additional 7 euros... I would have expected a minimum of apologies for the lack of clarity in their menu and also that they would have offered to charge only the difference between one and the other piadina, not the full new price. Just as a courtesy towards the customer.
