The place is a restaurant and butcher. Soon it will be part of the AFC circuit, having completed the entire required path. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and attentive, working with passion and seriousness. The butcher sells, in addition to high-quality meat, gluten-free products (typical Sardinian cookies and gluten-free, lactose-free sebadas). Cold cuts and sausages are gluten-free and lactose-free. I was lucky enough to find raw ham made from their own animals, a true delicacy. The restaurant offers meat dishes for every taste and kind, both local and international. They also make fries separately (real ones, not frozen) and gluten-free bread. I didn't order them because I was full, but they offered both sabadas and gluten-free tiramisú. The prices are medium to high but correspond, in my opinion, to the quality of the products and the cuisine with which they are prepared. I am particularly sensitive to even the slightest contamination and can say that I had no problems after two meals there. I recommend it and will return if I am in the area on vacation.
