I have been there several times; the ice cream is almost all gluten-free, and some flavors are also lactose-free. They are very careful, and if requested (as in the case of celiac disease), they take the ice cream from new containers to avoid contamination. The ice cream is really very good, and I recommend it. The only downside is that since the "supply" is what they use to get ice cream for us celiacs, not all flavors are always available.
