POV: You finally found the Gluten-Free pizza that really crunches! 🍕🔥 Forget the classic Neapolitan pizza. At Errico Porzio, gluten-free is serious business: ✨ Super thin and ultra-crispy (yes, it makes the right noise!) 🛡️ Separate laboratory: ZERO contamination risk. 🔝 Top-quality ingredients: you can taste the quality in every bite. From appetizers to dessert, here the "without" is only in gluten, not in taste. Look at that crunch! 👇

pizza dropped, either raw or burnt, the gluten-free one. A pizza like this shouldn’t be served. It’s truly inedible. I wonder why there are certainly high ratings, honestly. Well!

Margherita pizza for 9 euros, tasty especially for the quality of the ingredients. The dough and crust are average, as it is cooked in a separate but electric oven. Nevertheless, I would go back.

The pizza is indeed fantastic. Our pizza was served before the drinks in light speed, although the place was packed. Super thin dough, juicy, aromatic seasoning of the tomato base. Unfortunately a very small wine selection. Probably a place where you quickly have a pizza and move on. The restaurant is very loud and the tables are close to each other.. The owner is proudly smiling from many fotos with celebrities from the wall and some of his quotes can also be marveled at. We really enjoyed are dinner there. Each pizza can be ordered gluten free!!!

I had been waiting for the opening of Errico's pizzeria in Milan for a long time and it finally arrived, and it did not disappoint expectations. As an appetizer, we tried the trio of pasta frittatine, which had three different flavors, and the potato and provola croquettes, all good, followed by the pizzas, the fior di ragù, the special marinara, and the poker, all truly excellent (special mention for the fried pizza of the poker, outstanding). Finally, we tried the pastiera for dessert, good and fresh. Excellent variety of Neapolitan beers. Very attentive, available, kind, and efficient staff. There is a separate lab for gluten-free pizzas. Recommended from all points of view.
