Much below expectations, a bit dry pasta.

Everything is gluten-free, so there is maximum safety for coeliacs; also, the desserts are lactose-free. Personally, I would prefer the brioche to be softer and fluffier; instead, they are quite dense. However, I have no complaints about the mini pastries; everything is good. Overall, I like it and it's a perfect reference point for eating freely and without worries about what they offer. Additionally, it is very close to the city center, making it a perfect meeting spot.

With ample parking, a very nice and well-kept location, a kind and meticulous owner offers excellent breakfasts. The quality and freshness of his creations are very high... A true professional. We will definitely return.

Very quiet bar/pastry shop, with no background noise so you can chat comfortably. You can feel the warmth and professionalism. The products are handmade, excellent, and suitable for all tastes: gluten-free for those without issues and for those who are lactose intolerant. You have a delightful choice ahead of you.

Pastry shop that has sweets both with and without gluten, lactose, or eggs, very well stocked, with the gluten-free and lactose-free section separated from the gluten section and very attentive to the ingredients; you can read what each individual sweet contains. I recommend it.

Excellent gluten-free pastry shop, very friendly and professional staff, very tasty and good mini pastries; we tried a bit of everything. I hope to return soon. Great for celiacs and lactose intolerance.

It's reassuring to know that there is a place like this where you can buy gluten-free products. I don't give 5 stars only because I would like more products to be explicitly vegan, so without any animal derivatives of any kind. That would be wonderful! Anyway, congratulations!

I have been searching for a pastry shop like this for a lifetime. An entire section with all the classic specialties in dairy-free, gluten-free, and some egg-free versions! Incredible. Cream puffs, cookies, tartlets, cannoli, all lactose free and gluten free. Unbelievable! Delicious and super fresh. It should be reproduced exactly everywhere on the planet! Of course, I hope the classic section remains with the traditional ingredients.

This morning I went to your pastry shop to try the new regular products that you accompany with the gluten-free ones. I tried a very flaky, buttery croissant that was just sweet enough, and an excellent mignon with well-balanced flavors that all stood out on the palate. Well done, congratulations!

Very nice place, the owners are very kind and efficient, the products are excellent, both sweet and savory. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who is intolerant, like me.

Being in Montichiari, I wanted to try this activity. I asked for a box for the dove cake, but they told me they didn't have one, and they didn't even offer me a bag to take it away with the pastries. The cream puffs were undercooked, and the other pastries weren't even comparable to other pastry shops we have been visiting for years. Then, I didn't see the prices displayed, and I had to ask for them. For me, it didn't meet expectations.

Really a nice place with very friendly, prepared, and nice managers. I feel great every time I go there. The food is excellent, both savory and sweet. I recommend it to everyone who has gluten and lactose intolerances!

A surprise found by chance. In our family, we have two celiacs and three lactose intolerant individuals, and this pastry shop turned out to be practically perfect for a good breakfast before the Garda tour. Excellent value for money; I left before the girls ordered all the pastries from the counter. You deserve 5 stars!

Starting from the fact that I had traveled quite a bit to try this pastry shop that I had high expectations for, we arrived on a Saturday for breakfast and surprise: by 10 a.m. they had already run out of brioches. We then tried some mignon... neither great nor terrible, I have been gluten intolerant for many years and I can say that there is MUCH BETTER out there. I recommend revising the recipe for the cannoncino (raw) and the shortcrust pastry (tasteless). I don't think I will return and I wouldn't recommend it.
