Pizza davvero buonissima, impasto realizzato da loro, a stento mi ricorda una focaccia , ma soffice e morbida! Hanno il forno apparte per le pizze GF e sono molto attenti alla contaminazione. They have a separate oven for gluten-free pizzas and are very careful about cross-contamination. I ordered two pizzas: Sausage and Eggplant, and Gorgonzola, Radicchio, and Pancetta. We ordered 6 pizzas, including two gluten-free ones. The pizzas were very good, but I want to focus on the gluten-free ones. The dough was really good, said by me who is not celiac; you could hardly notice the difference from the regular one, and it was also really light... I highly recommend it... also, compliments for the punctuality, they are very well organized... 5 stars.

We went to this pizzeria because it is part of the Aic circuit for gluten-free pizzas. Excellent gluten-free pizza. Perhaps a bit pricey with the 3 euro surcharge, but they were very kind to offer us gluten-free beer. I definitely recommend it.
