Very nice location, with some outdoor seating. The food is really excellent and suitable for everyone, even for those, like me, who are allergic to gluten-free wheat. The staff is very kind and the cocktails are also very good! I highly recommend it!

A small and welcoming place, few dishes but well made, mostly plant-based and gluten-free. Everything is good, even the non-alcoholic drinks. Perhaps at a certain hour the music becomes a bit too loud to talk quietly, but it was still a pleasant evening with excellent service. Aperitivo formula €18 drink + 2 appetizers served in generous portions. Worth returning to.

I went to Mantra because I was looking for a place to have a gluten-free aperitif with vegan alternatives (an utopia). And instead, I found it! Mantra is a small but well-organized venue, with some tables outside and very helpful staff. But let's talk about the menu, which with its numerous options (completely gluten-free and vegan), literally won us over. We had the hummus and guacamole served with two different versions of nachos and the meatballs in sauce with whole grain bread. Everything was delicious. The drinks were also greatly appreciated, and they have many really unique non-alcoholic cocktails. A fair and honest price-quality ratio. In short, go there!

Well-kept and welcoming space, friendly staff. It might be useful to know that no snacks are served with the cocktails and food must be ordered separately. Overall, the prices seemed slightly high, although it should be noted that we are in Isola and that the entire offer is gluten-free. That said, my experience was positive and I enjoyed my drink and food very much.

Beautiful hospitality, availability, music, and offerings. It's always nice to see complete alternatives for celiacs. Definitely worth returning to often. Highly recommended.

The cocktail menu is rich with offerings ranging from classics to more unique creations, and they are truly excellent and well-balanced. But the real standout feature of Mantra lies in its tapas: all vegan and gluten-free, perfect for those with intolerances or special diets. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, as is the flavor. This place is truly an oasis for anyone seeking an inclusive and tasty experience, all in an intimate and warm atmosphere.
