If I could give more, I would... dinner for my husband's 50th birthday in this restaurant of excellent quality. Everything was taken care of in every detail, freshness and attention to every need. There was a person with celiac disease who was not missing anything at all; in fact, I highly recommend that anyone who is gluten intolerant try the delicious dishes prepared.

We had dinner this evening in this place in Conversano on the advice of some relatives. It is an AIC (Italian Celiac Association) affiliated restaurant, in fact, great attention is paid to various intolerances and dietary regimes. The owners deserve praise. The menu is quite extensive, starting from appetizers, passing to the first courses and then sweet and savory crepes. There is something for every taste. We enjoyed both sweet and savory crepes, and I must note with pleasure the size and abundance as well as the quality of the raw materials used. The venue is very well cared for, with fairly quick service. I will definitely return with great pleasure.
