Locale awesome! Enter curious and exit ecstatic. Fabulous bread, a wonder from appetizer to dessert. Tordelli that take your breath away because they're so good. And the owner? Out of this world! Absolutely worth trying and those accompanying you will hardly realize they’re eating gluten-free... sometimes I have my doubts too :)

This place is practically at zero risk for celiacs, also because the dishes served are exclusively gluten-free. You must try all the dishes on the menu. The owners are very skilled, kind, and attentive to customers. I have been there multiple times because my daughter's smile, knowing she can eat without fearing any problems, is priceless. YOU JUST HAVE TO CALL, AND YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

Restaurant dedicated exclusively to the preparation of gluten-free and lactose-free foods and for other intolerances. Grateful to the chef who gave me the recipe for homemade bread. The raw materials are always fresh and from zero kilometers. I recommend it to all celiacs, both children and adults, with the utmost safety.

Everything gluten-free. Welcoming and family-friendly environment. Truly exceptional, starting with the bread... then what to say about the sgabei with cured meats, tagliatelle with wild boar ragù, and to finish a homemade dessert. Highly recommended!

really excellent food, completely gluten free, must-try are the tordelli and tagliatelle. meat is average and the price per kilo is absolutely inadequate.

Local spot in a typical square; for me, it's a funfair for me and my family, all gluten-free! It was a pleasant discovery: ravioli, sgabei, polenta, and many main courses like steak and suckling pig, and to finish, dessert. All with spectacular homemade bread! Congratulations!

Great experience. I highly recommend it. The tordelli are simply spectacular... a simple cuisine curated in the smallest details. For those who are celiac, it's a paradise as the menu is entirely gluten-free, but also appreciated by those who are not. For dessert, we had the Rice Cake, delicious! Friendly and courteous staff. I will definitely return!

A family-friendly and welcoming restaurant overlooking a square near the center of Carrara. It is not easy to find parking, probably due to temporary construction work nearby. Appreciable quality of the dishes in line with local tradition, such as panigacci, tordelli, tripe, stuffed mussels, and rice pie. All dishes are gluten-free, including the homemade bread, but there is no difference in taste compared to the typical recipes.

Very nice place, excellent food. We enjoyed everything a lot. Really tasty appetizers. Ravioli are top-notch. Exquisite bread. Rice cake is the first time I like a rice cake. So much. Everything well packaged because we did takeout on Sunday for lunch. Thank you for brightening up this Sunday 😊 highly recommended!

A delightful discovery. Finally, a restaurant with homemade cuisine and high-quality raw materials that brings back the forgotten flavors of the past, all gluten-free, which is incredibly rare to find. Everything is phenomenal, I recommend it—you will be amazed. You'll find gluten-free bread that is incredible because it truly tastes like Tuscan bread, homemade pasta, and traditional ragù, but also sgabei, panigacci, and pinsa, along with other dishes I still need to try. I sampled the pinsa, and it was worth 10 stars. Super!! The cantucci were fabulous. What can I say about the tagliatelle? Exceptional. Unfortunately, the photos don't show complete portions because we had already started eating. Next time, I will definitely try the tordelli. Anyway, this is a must-visit since everything is gluten-free, but you can't tell. The atmosphere is family-friendly, with rustic features characteristic of the past, like wood and stone walls. Don't delay. Once you try it, you won't want to leave. See you soon from your three new customers.

A truly beautiful restaurant, you can feel the warmth of the Carrara that was. Exceptional dishes that one realizes are gluten-free only because they digest much better than traditional ones; the flavor doesn’t change, in fact, I find them even better. Those who think gluten-free is only for celiacs don’t understand anything. Go there and then I dare anyone not to return.

Although I am not celiac, I was able to enjoy an excellent lunch, completely gluten-free. The absence of gluten did not affect the taste at all, which was excellent both for the fried dough (sgabei), accompanied by great cured meats, and for the first course, where the lasagnette and fish (in abundance) were superb. So, a perfect combination of taste and absolute safety for those who are gluten intolerant. Lastly, the hosts and chefs, Francesca and Paolo, were kind and helpful. Well done!
