The restaurant, a Michelin star, is truly a place where you eat very well. The entire staff is very knowledgeable about celiac disease. I was a customer before my diagnosis and returned twice for lunch as a celiac. Homemade gluten-free bread is delicious, 90% of the lunch menu is available gluten-free and without contamination. Both times they offered me a gluten-free dessert, but I didn't get it. I haven't tried the tasting menu, but I'm sure there wouldn't be any issues. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to eat well!
