Fiorentina is excellent, the tagliatelle with hare sauce is exquisite! They prepared a special dish specifically for those who are celiac! Just call ahead and inform them of any intolerances, they are very attentive. Be careful with the tartare: the waiter comes asking if you want Worchester sauce: that contains gluten!
