the saleswoman had no idea what gluten was! She was giving me the wafer cone without any certainty that it was gluten-free; the owner confirmed that it contained gluten.. not recommended

They do not guarantee non-contamination, but I have never had problems (I am symptomatic). Available flavors without milk (vegan). Very good ice cream.
