Pizzeria Vincenzo Capuano in Monza is a new opening recommended for those who love traditional flavors. The attention to ingredients is noticeable in the taste, although the gluten-free experience could benefit from better management of cross-contamination.

The pizza was nothing special, the dough was very moist and the crust was non-existent, but the flavor of the toppings was good. However, the real problem is that the gluten-free pizzas made in the kitchen, and therefore in a separate oven, after being cooked are taken to the area next to the gluten pizzas and are topped by the same person with the same ingredients used for the gluten pizzas, so cross-contamination is not guaranteed, but they do not mention it (perhaps not fully aware of the necessary steps to avoid contamination).

Highly recommended for the goodness and quality of the food! Really good gluten-free pizza. Also possible to have gluten-free appetizers and desserts. The staff is a bit slow, but the food makes up for this "problem". The place is a bit chaotic but has many seats, so it's understandable.
