I only come here when I want to play it safe. I've learned at my own expense that in gluten-free options, it’s not worth trying to save money at all costs: it’s better to invest in the quality of flours and good butter (which are plentiful here) rather than end up with heavy, industrial sweets. Ruining your lunch or dessert with mediocre stuff doesn’t make sense. Here, the raw materials are excellent and the products are always fresh and artisanal. The best in the area. A salvation! I have been living in Montoro for 6 years now, and due to my celiac disease, I have always been on the lookout for good products for myself. I am grateful to have discovered this bakery for celiacs! The products are of the highest quality, and it doesn't even feel like I'm eating gluten-free food!!! 🫨 The staff is very kind, and in these months that I have been visiting weekly, I have also had the chance to make friends there. I was there last week. It's a little shop that is neither too big nor too small, offering various products for us gluten-intolerant individuals. Mrs. Carmela is very friendly with the customers, and the products are really delicious, especially the bread, the small pizzas, and the cookies 🥰. Apart from these, there is fresh pasta, frying goods, etc. Not to mention, impeccable cleanliness (peeking into the kitchen area, I saw Mrs. Carmela with a cap and gloves while preparing the products, well done 😊). What can I say... it's a big step forward to have a shop like this in a small town like Montoro... Again, congratulations and good luck with everything ❤️👋

This is a special place, one of those that nourish the soul ♥️ Carmela and her family are friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Carmela is extremely knowledgeable about preparations and raw materials, and her products are made with technique and love. I have tried so many things: crocchè, sandwiches, buckwheat bread, plumcakes, pastries, graffa, pizza by the slice, Neapolitan pizza, and my beloved Pan bauletto 😍😍😍 So trust me when I say it is exceptional ♥️ Additionally, Carmela is ready to fulfill any of your requests! They also offer a 'too good to go' service. Between Salerno and Avellino, the place is strategic, a visit is a must!
