Everything savory is great... the focaccia is the best gluten-free one I have eaten since I was diagnosed with celiac disease. The pizza is good... sometimes a bit thick. Good brioche... dry pastries are not bad. Last Christmas, excellent panettone with figs and walnuts.

I started visiting this place since its opening: friendly staff, wide selection, and everything very good. Then, over the months, the quality has dropped drastically and every time it's a gamble: you might get something delicious, but also many other products clearly there for a while and sold at full price, or completely burnt pizzas on the bottom. I understand that running a business with a limited clientele can be difficult, but I would have appreciated more transparency towards the customer. Either I am told clearly that - for example - the tray of cookies I am purchasing has been there for several days, or the offer is limited and it is ensured that what is offered is always fresh and of good quality.

The food is delicious and completely gluten-free. Both the savory dishes and desserts are excellent, and the prices are not even exaggerated. Highly recommended❤️

I can only give it the highest praise! Finally a bakery for celiacs in the western part of the city! The focaccia is truly excellent, nothing to envy from the so-called traditional gluten-filled ones... Then for someone like me who is celiac, eating a slice of focaccia on the street like years ago, believe me, is PRICELESS! Every Saturday that I can and during vacations, I go to get it fresh....

The best gluten-free oven in the city, I already knew their traditional focaccia (I always ate it when I didn't know I was celiac) and being able to eat it gluten-free and taste the same flavor is moving!! Both savory and sweet, it's delicious, birthday cakes are available by reservation, which have been devoured by both celiacs and non-celiacs! A must-stop!!

I want to let the review community know that I ordered a cake for 5, and they had it ready for me at the bakery in Sampierdarena because I live there. I wanted a cake with cream, custard, slightly soaked, and with fresh fruit. I took it to my son’s friend’s house, who is celiac... It was a show... It was excellent and exactly as I wanted, and I add that there was no difference from a non-celiac cake... Thank you very much for the excellent impression you made for me... I will become a regular customer of yours. Enrico Barbieri

If you offer a specific service, such as gluten-free options, the opening and closing hours should be clear and correct. There are people who travel from afar to eat something gluten-free, both the online site and the information posted outside the store indicate 3:30 PM for afternoon opening, finding out from the other non-gluten-free store the hours is not professional; maybe start managing things as you should. I would have been better off going to Sestri Levante. Thank you and good luck!

I went for the first time yesterday as I recently discovered I have celiac disease. Congratulations.. delicious bread... regular focaccia and one with onion that is as good as the regular one.... next time I will try the desserts. Very polite staff. I will definitely return.

SPEECHLESS! Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, is gluten-free and DELICIOUS! I must say I am not celiac, but my sister is. For 20 years of living under the same roof, I've eaten GF, and I must say it has weighed on me; the taste differs between GF products and non-GF. That's why I feel comfortable saying this is the best GF bakery I've ever tasted! It doesn't even make sense to compare because I don't feel the difference! Last time, I bought two pieces divided into chunks for an appetizer, and it lasted no time at all; we fought over the last piece! The focaccia and desserts are the highlights of this place! I haven't had the chance to try the pizza or other baked goods yet, but I have no doubt they are delicious! Having the peace of mind to go there and point at anything knowing it is safe, free from contamination, and above all good, is priceless! I asked multiple times if everything was GF because I couldn't believe it; I was shocked by the perfection of the pastries! I highly recommend this bakery to EVERYONE! The staff is very kind, and the prices are like everywhere else; there are no particular increases. P.S. They also have lactose-free products!

After 19 years of not being able to taste it, even though you sadistically smell it at every street corner and see it everywhere, finally the FOCACCIA, yes with all capital letters, because it’s the only gluten-free one that has the right to be called by this name! Then bread, pizzas, cookies, desserts, fresh pasta, all gif and homemade, the Land of Toys for celiacs, right in Sestri P.!

GLUTEN FREE! The excitement of entering a bakery and being able to choose what you want for the first time in 28 years is inexplicable! Super good products, all gluten-free. The standout item, in my opinion, is the focaccia; it tastes just like the regular one (tested on various people around me who are not celiac, and they all said the same). Plus, you can find classic pre-packaged products. It's just a pity about the hours; opening at 4 PM means missing all the school and various kindergarten dismissals around 3/3:30 PM. I wanted to get a snack for my son but couldn't! I hope it stays open forever; for me being celiac, it has become a regular stop. The staff are kind and smiling.
