My celiac daughter had a great time. The gluten-free focaccia was very good, even for non-celiacs. The rest of the food was good, but the table service times were a bit stretched, although the place was also full. We didn't try the pizza.

We often visit this place and the pizza is truly excellent: thin, light, and well-cooked crust, always well-seasoned and made with quality ingredients. You can feel the consistency, not just luck of the evening. The venue is clean, well-maintained, and has a tranquil atmosphere. However, the added value comes from the people: Claudia and Gianluca, always friendly, smiling, and helpful, welcome you as if you were at home. When you want to have a good pizza without surprises, Ristorante e Pizzeria Sabor de Locura is a guarantee.

End of August evening. Just arrived, we didn’t make a reservation, they tell us that everything is full and we have to wait half an hour for a table to free up. We sit on the bench overlooking the spacious and comfortable parking lot. After just 10 minutes our table is ready. By the time we choose, they bring us their large well-cooked pizzas. They are excellent, far from the Neapolitan style. They have their own identity. Arrived in a timely manner with courteous staff. Compliments, a beautiful relaxing and pleasant evening.

We went out to dinner, my friend and I. When we arrived, we asked for the reserved table, and the lady at the cash register, with a rather unwelcoming attitude, gave us the table number. We went to find this number without anyone accompanying us. After we ordered the appetizer, the waitress turned on her heels and left, while we were asking for something else to eat. So I must say the service was terrible. The only thing missing was that we had to go get the pizzas ourselves. The only positive note is the quality of the pizza; everything else was a complete failure. Terrible service!

Food aside, our review is directed at the completely insufficient service. The owner is decidedly unprepared regarding customer satisfaction. In the hope that her humanity grows, we write this review, because our case involves an 11-year-old child. Enclosed in her little patch of land, the lady, busy at the register counting money, demonstrated a total lack of empathy and resolution regarding the difficulty explained to her. Lacking humanity and willingness to meet the needs of the customer, she launched responses devoid of the slightest education when it came to serving my 11-year-old nephew with serious food allergies. What a face for inclusion towards disability! She literally turned her back on us, taking the waitress away, who was left astonished, as if we were there begging for alms. This behavior surprises me for a seasonal restaurant that should be creating a reputation in the 4 months of summer it operates... but surely they are as unprepared as the grade they deserve, totally insufficient.

Super fast and attentive service! Huge pizza with lactose-free and gluten-free options!! Great appetizers! Convenient parking! It would be nice to have some non-fish pasta dishes on the menu as an alternative to pizza! Anyway, definitely a regular stop!!

We discovered this place by chance not far from Sabaudia (where indeed there are no GF places). We decided to book during the week since previous reviews indicated that the service was slow. The experience was excellent, large, thin, and very delicious pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven. The gluten-free dishes and appetizers were also very good for those who are celiac (the pizza was really exquisite, almost like the classic ones) and it's not at all easy to find such good gluten-free pizzerias (very often the bases are ready and frozen). The place is very nice near a hotel, also owned by them. Good quality/price ratio. Desserts with large servings and very good. Definitely worth recommending and trying again.

Not a positive experience, the pizzas were good but extremely thin despite their size... I would opt for pizzas with normal dimensions and texture. The fried items were tiny. More than 1 hour from the order despite the number of people present. Not very organized. I absolutely wouldn’t go back, both for the really high prices compared to pizzerias in the area and for the service... non-existent.

Wonderful location!! Well-managed and curated venue. Very good pizza, suitable for gluten-intolerant individuals with a GLUTEN FREE option. Kind and attentive staff. Very extensive menu; in addition to pizza, you can find other tasty dishes. I really had a great time. Highly recommended!!

I have been there 3 times this summer. They make the biggest and richest pizzas I have ever seen. They overflow from every side of the plate! The photos speak clearly. Great beer, appetizers, platters, and incredibly good rustic fries! The prices are a bit higher than average perhaps, but if the portions they serve are like these, I'm happy to pay a little more. Relaxing atmosphere!

As soon as I entered, I was welcomed with a smile and an attention that is rarely found. The staff, young and dynamic, proved to be extremely kind and professional. I was pleasantly impressed by the impeccable organization and the care with which the tables and customers are managed. The pizza they make is my favorite at Circeo! Fresh ingredients and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!
