Beautiful pizzeria. Excellent pizza. Quality products. Very attentive to gluten-free options. A big applause to ROSARIO the waiter. Very kind and available. And especially meticulous. I believe the business is entrepreneurial, and therefore there isn't a true core behind the scenes. However, there are many guys who are capable and good at their jobs. This makes the pizzeria a success. It’s right to remind the bosses of this from time to time. The only downside is that the pizzas have a repetitiveness of ingredients like sausage and speck. And they are a bit expensive since they are one and a half times larger, but cost double... So in mathematical terms, the customer loses half a point......... But oh well. It could be worth aiming for some novelty. For the rest, it deserves 4/5 stars almost everywhere. Ah, the pizza is impossible to finish, so you'll have breakfast for the next day, and maybe lunch ahahahahahaha Just kidding. A round of applause to the owners for what they have created.

One of the best pizzerias in Catania and the province! Very attentive to gluten-free options: light, digestible dough that has a taste that is second to none compared to traditional ones. Impeccable service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, always attentive to customer needs. The pizzas are among the best I have ever eaten: quality ingredients and perfect cooking. I will definitely return 💪🏻

We were at Scorza Nera with six people, and I must say it was a wonderful discovery! The place is really large and well-maintained, with a wonderful summer space, perfect for outdoor evenings. The menu is very rich: so many varieties of pizzas and doughs, including gluten-free options, truly something for every taste. The pizzas arrived almost all together (five out of six), the only small flaw was with the gluten-free pizza which, due to an error, had been served to another table. We had to wait a few extra minutes, but the staff was very courteous and attentive. The real surprise, however, came at the end: without asking for anything, they brought us two plates of desserts with Nutella and liqueurs offered by the house. As a Milanese, I was positively impressed: a gesture that is not often seen and truly makes a difference. What can I say? Great food, welcoming atmosphere, and a service that knows how to pamper the customer. I will definitely return when I come back to Sicily.
