For all those who have found themselves celiac as adults and know the true taste of a well-made Neapolitan pizza, this is the right pizzeria! The staff is very attentive.

I was looking on maps and without going too far, for a pizzeria where I could eat a pizza but GLUTEN-FREE, and I happily found this Restaurant/Pizzeria where that is possible. Located in the municipality of Pescosannita and situated right after a well-known zoo in the province of Benevento, there is this simple but nice place, with a hillside view over Benevento. GLUTEN-FREE PIZZA: Size as per pizza plate, well-cooked, I like it well done, a bit burned as they say; I ate it all, I was very curious about the good taste. I must also admit that for practicality I have always bought packaged/frozen gluten-free pizzas, so I don’t know how this CAPRICCIOSA Bianca was prepared, but it was really a GOOD PIZZA for being gluten-free, WITH NO PROBLEMS AFTER DIGESTING IT, AND THOSE WITH THESE PROBLEMS CAN UNDERSTAND ME. CLASSIC PIZZA: Of a good size, slightly bigger than the plate, quite thin, perhaps a bit too much in the center with a fairly large but not exaggerated crust. Affordable prices (what you see is a bill for 8 people). The staff is kind and polite.
