My favorite place 🌿 At Eatvolve, eating transforms into a sensory experience, nourishment, and total regeneration in a relaxing atmosphere that allows you to connect and slow down. Wellbeing is placed at the center, and the care of Jesus and Victoria is felt in every moment, making you feel part of the family. The menu is 100% gluten and lactose-free. There are no refined or processed products. The vegetables from their garden are sublime. Most preparations are made on the same day, and every ingredient is respected and activated with unparalleled care. The menu breaks traditional schemes without sacrificing taste, beauty, and nutritional balance. Recommendation: a trio of crackers, the queen, hero porcini, bruschetta, and sweet explosion. Ideal for those who love to eat well, open to new possibilities, vegans, celiacs, and those with various preferences/intolerances. Ample parking space with both indoor and outdoor tables. The place is very beautiful and welcoming, near the road but sufficiently isolated so that you don't hear the noise of cars. There's really a lot of greenery, including an area to lie down and a huge vegetable garden where they grow what they then cook! The room was very nice, spotlessly clean, and minimal but with everything necessary. We booked with breakfast included and we also dined: Their menu is entirely gluten-free, lactose-free, and sugar-free (including breakfast), and everything is delicious! I wasn't used to some flavors, of course, but from the first bite, I found everything exquisite and genuine! The dessert was a bomb! The staff is smiling and helpful, and the owner is really kind and nice!! I will definitely be back.
