Certified location, therefore maximum security. Very kind staff and the possibility of having priests while everything is also gluten-free. Quality of the dishes is a 5, maybe a bit expensive.

Great venue, gluten-free busiate, and much more, AIC certified establishment. Dishes include both fish and meat.

Highly recommended restaurant, especially for someone with celiac disease. Excellent food, welcoming atmosphere, and environment that truly makes you feel the warmth of Sicily, a must-stop if I'm in the area. Homemade, gluten-free busiate, really fantastic! Everything was perfect, I hope to return soon to visit them again.

We were at Donna Carmela last night, it was a superlative experience. Carmela along with the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful people. The food was excellent, not to mention the gluten-free options, with the possibility of having the entire menu for celiacs, complete with handmade pasta made by them and accompanying bread. The prices were fair compared to other touristy restaurants. It was a stroke of luck to find this restaurant. In the photo, busiate with pistachio, shrimp tartare, and fried calamari, all gluten-free.

I had dinner with my family in this paradise, because that's how it should be defined. Maximum attention for gluten-free, dishes of all kinds. I can say I had the best seafood couscous and the best busiate alla trapanese with sardines. Highly recommended. P.S. The owners also have a rotisserie nearby, offering Sicilian dishes of all kinds.
