I had the spring rolls, vegetable dumplings, and rice noodles with vegetables, along with artisan mochi with azuki, all delicious. The staff was super professional and friendly; I'm also vegan, so I asked several questions and they were happy to answer without any issues. It is officially my favorite restaurant.

Spectacular. Simply spectacular. Not just ramen, but so many gluten-free options of a deliciousness thatâs hard to describe! Crispy fried foods, undisputed quality of raw materials, and enormous awareness in preparation and cooking. I hardly took any photos because of my excitement, but we tried 8 different appetizers, all really good. If I had to find a point for improvement, Iâd say there was perhaps a bit too much pepper that overpowered the flavors in both the duck ravioli and the spring rolls. Fried ice cream for dessert, which I'd describe as 'mind-blowing' for someone with celiac disease who hasnât eaten it in 20 yearsâsuch a real emotion (I even got a second takeout portion!) Honest prices for a well-prepared product that is not average but elevated. Friendly and helpful staff, a small but well-kept and organized placeâreservations are recommended. Parking in the area isnât the easiest, as the roads alternate between a few blue lines (paid) and many yellow lines (reserved for residents only). Kudos, and weâll see you soon :)

Highly recommended!!! Especially for celiacs, thereâs a whole gluten-free menu! It is well-stocked and the staff is super attentive and knowledgeable. The tonkatsu ramen is delicious, the dumplings are really good, the Bao is not incredible but I was able to eat it for the first time in my life so I am really satisfied! We will definitely be back! We ate in the heated outdoor area, great experience!

Finally, gluten-free Asian cuisine without worries! The restaurant is very nice and the menu is very extensive. I had spring rolls, Vietnamese shrimp rolls, grilled meat dumplings, and shrimp and squid ramen. Everything was very tasty! The staff is welcoming and the service is excellent. I will return soon to try other dishes.

it's the best ramen in all of Italy very flavorful ramen grilled dumplings are out of this world the bao are tasty they have a separate kitchen for gluten-free there's nothing like them around

The food here is really good, the menu is surprisingly deep with lots of options and variation. It's best to treat this like tapas and get a few of the small dishes then one ramen. I tried almost all the different types of ravioli and it was all great. The shrimp toast was my favourite, it comes as a cute little fried toast tent. Ramen was good, both with or without broth. Everything I ate was gluten free also! For dessert I had the mochi balls with ice cream, I love me some mochi but the mochi ice cream was new to me. Favourite flavour was mango. Everything is really easy to share. I'll be back for sure.
