WE THOUGHT IT WAS A MOVIE. We stopped for dinner in one of the few gluten-free places in Santhià, and the positives end here. We waited an eternity for the spectacularly staggered arrival of dishes every 30 minutes, with the poor diner of the moment eating alone. Food of 'Lynchian memory': corpse-like potatoes clearly taken from another dish (stew), scaloppine soaked in whisky (oops), seven arrosticini at the price of €2.5 each, and gnocchi drowned in cheese (that even the asphalt would cover). Grand finale: Rude and arrogant waiter with sky-high prices, an incredible experience (not to be tried). Pilgrims, do not go!
