THE BEST GLUTEN-FREE PIADINE ON THE FACE OF THE PLANET! We were recommended by friends to try the gluten-free piada from Sapori di Romagna, they told us it was good, but I didn't imagine it would be this good, with generous and quality fillings, and the dough is unbeatable. Also, the entire staff is kind and prepared to answer any doubts you may have. If you pass nearby, it's crazy not to go there.

Best gluten-free flatbread I've ever eaten in 25 years!!! Classic layered Romagna flatbread with generous filling and quality products. One suggestion: put up a sign indicating that gluten-free options are available. Great!!!
