During our visit to the Donnafugata castle, we stopped here drawn by the smell of the grill. I am celiac, and the waiters assured me that they are very attentive: they only grill the meat (not the bread) and the fries are the only thing fried in oil. Unfortunately, they didn't have gluten-free bread, but they still proved to be very knowledgeable and attentive. The place is fantastic, almost the entire outdoor part of the restaurant is covered by a beautiful tree, which provides shade and refreshes the air even during lunch. Highly recommended if you visit the castle!
