First time in this place. I ordered a hamburger sandwich and was told several times it would come with baked potatoes instead of fries (for obvious contamination reasons). When they brought the plate to the table, there were two small buns filled with half a hamburger each and fries on the side. We pointed out the mistake to the waitress, who took the plate back to the kitchen, and we asked for the buns to be remade too. After about 5 minutes, she brought back the plate with the buns and baked potatoes, telling us they had remade everything (but I don't believe that's true because you can't remake the buns in just a few minutes, and the girl was rushing off elsewhere while saying that. Clearly false information). Moreover, the waitress was irritable and not friendly; I would say annoyed. After bringing the plate a second time, she even mentioned that there would definitely be contamination anyway. We went there because I had read some positive reviews about this place, but as far as I'm concerned, I don't think they're well-informed about gluten-free options, so I won't be returning. Too much superficiality and arrogance.

I tried the gluten-free killer and it was really good! There are several killer options! The waiter informed me that they also had gluten-free pizzas and sandwiches; I will go back to try them!

A warm and welcoming environment and atmosphere, not to mention the garden. The service is always very fast and attentive to every need (P.S. I should mention that I have a celiac child). The staff is friendly and top-notch, not to mention Graziano, a wonderful person. Last but not least, the quality and presentation of each dish are excellent. Keep it up, Graziano, you and your entire staff. A big hug to you all, see you next time.
