The sushi all-you-can-eat place may not prioritize safety, but I feel compelled to recommend it because they have gluten-free soy sauce at the table, which is a rarity in any restaurant. Additionally, many dishes are labeled with allergens, and they also confirm this verbally, while in other places it’s not indicated on the menu, but verbally they tell you that you can’t eat anything.
