Opened on 22/02/2026, they are celiac and make a lot of good things. Moreover, they are part of the AFC program of AIC.

So far I've tried grissini, torta della nonna, and crostatine, and they are all wonderful. But I will update with everything else I intend to try very soon! Gluten-free, lactose-free, and without deglutinated wheat. But it’s impossible to feel the difference. Excellent.
