This place on Via Speronari is a venue of sober excellence, small in space but with excellent content, in tune with the Genoese spirit of the Panarello brand. Great and unique products, such as the Genoese pandolci in two types, as well as Lagaccio cookies, 'caporali' cookies, and other delights of Ligurian origin. Also available are Milanese panettone, pandori, doves, and other types of sweets depending on the season. The fresh or packaged pastries are refined and very pleasant; the cannoli are truly unique, as are many cakes (the queen cake, for example, is delicious!) which can also be purchased as single portions and tasted in the pastry shop. Gluten-free and sugar-free products are also available.

I searched on Google for gluten-free pastry shops in Milan and it led me to this small shop but full of Panarello products, obviously gluten-free, just a few things. Anyway, the staff was very friendly. P.S. I expected a pastry shop, not packaged pastries.
