Since they opened in Poncarale, I have been a regular customer. The pizza is one of the best gluten-free ones I've ever tried. It feels like eating it with gluten (I confess the first time I had to ask for confirmation because I didn't notice the difference). The crust is well-risen, and the slice doesn't collapse. Truly a spectacle.
