There were four of us, and one of them was celiac (me). I was pleasantly surprised by how well implemented the allergen protocol is in this establishment and how well it is applied. As soon as I notified them of my intolerance, they changed my cutlery, plates, and napkins, and they were always attentive to my food. I will definitely return, especially knowing that gluten-free options are so well taken care of here.

I won't return, what a disappointment. Just because I have a child who is lactose intolerant and asked them to put some cheese I brought for my son on a child's pizza, which was also his birthday, and they said no. The pizza maker didn't even turn around to face us, and the restaurant was empty. Incredible. They said they would keep the rest of the cheese in case they had any problems to analyze it. Anyway, they lost a customer. I went to one in Gava without any problems, and the child was able to eat a pizza on his birthday.

Everything expected from the menu and dishes for this franchise but with good customer service. I tend to be one of those complicated customers due to my intolerances and diet, and they have never had a problem making changes to the ingredients so that I can eat. Thank you.
